Welcome to Hankies, a men's underwear subscription business.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hankies website and subscription service (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
- Definitions
In these Terms, the following terms have the following meanings:
"Account" means the account that you create with Hankies in order to use the Services.
"Subscription" means a recurring subscription to the Hankies underwear service.
"Subscription Fee" means the monthly fee that you pay to Hankies for your Subscription.
"Underwear" means the men's underwear products that Hankies offers as part of its Subscription service.
- Eligibility
To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit card.
- Subscription
To sign up for a Subscription, you must create an Account and provide Hankies with your credit card information. You will be charged the Subscription Fee on a monthly basis, starting on the day that you sign up for your Subscription. You can cancel your Subscription at any time by logging into your Account and clicking on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
- Shipping
Hankies will ship your Underwear to the address that you provide when you sign up for your Subscription. Shipping is free on all orders.
- Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your Underwear, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. To return an item, please contact Hankies customer service at [email protected]
- Intellectual Property
The Hankies website, logo, and all other Hankies branding are the intellectual property of Hankies. You may not use any of Hankies' intellectual property without Hankies' express written permission.
- Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is prohibited by law or by these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, using the Services to:
Send spam or other unsolicited commercial communications.
Engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.
Violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
Harass, abuse, or threaten any other person.
- Termination
Hankies may terminate your Account and/or Subscription at any time, for any reason, without notice.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HANKIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hankies with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements, whether oral or written.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and Hankies.
- Notices
All notices and other communications under these Terms shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

- Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms
